The fish are allowed to grow according to an absolutely natural biological cycle, taking into account the needs of each species: the animals must have adequate space to ensure their well-being; the fish are reared in strictly controlled, naturally oxygenated water of the highest quality with ideal light and temperature conditions.
The fish are fed with high-quality, certified feed based only on organically farmed and sustainably caught fish. The use of preventive antibiotics, chemicals and synthetic hormones is excluded; veterinary treatments in homeopathic dilution are preferred. Microbiological controls, heavy metals, pesticides and other environmental pollutants are carried out. The care taken in breeding and processing creates a superior quality product in terms of meat texture and flavour.
